Dreams are a gateway to self-discovery, emotional healing, and spiritual growth. In this workshop, we’ll explore the archetypal language of dreams and their ability to help us access parts of our unconscious. We’ll also review various dream methodologies and the best way to work with each of them throughout our healing journey.
This Dreamwork workshop is the June 2025 workshop in Rooted Expansion’s monthly workshop Series: Journey Within. Journey Within offers experiential and educational workshops, supporting the Rooted Expansion community in their integration and becoming process. Each workshop explores a unique topic such as grief, energy work, astrology, dreamwork, and our relationship with plant teachers. Each session is a unique entryway into deeper understanding of Self.
While this workshop offers a taste of Bruna’s unique medicine, she also offers opportunities to deepen through 1:1 support and group offerings.

Reflecting on my experience with Rooted Expansion fills me with gratitude. I have worked with a life coach previously (Jenna herself), but this was my first time working with a “team” and trying new modalities outside of one-on-one conversational sessions. The support I received was beyond anything I could have envisioned.
I wasn’t completely sure what to expect when I signed on, but I knew I needed support during a very challenging transitional period in my life, and based on my previous experience working with Jenna 1:1, I harbored a great deal of trust in the practitioners affiliated with Rooted Expansion.
Admittedly, I was nervous at the start, but very quickly and early on I was wholly impressed by and am ever grateful for the connections I made with Kinde, Ariana and Bruna during our work together.
Not only did I experience for the first time the magic of having the support of an entire community genuinely dedicated to my personal growth and expansion, but as I began working with new modalities and continued with my commitment to the work over the course of 6 months, I also felt exponentially empowered to push myself further and further outside of what I thought I knew about the transitions I was navigating.
Most importantly though, the greatest gift was the unknown – the entirely unexpected discovery of what it means to participate in the human experience as part of a COMMUNITY. I stepped into Rooted Expansion on a personal journey, and I am now continuing onward with a richer and deeper understanding of what it means to move through the world in the company of OTHERS. For me, that insight has made all the difference in this period of change and expansion.
There is still so much room to keep growing, and I look forward to deepening into this work when the time is right once again. I would welcome anyone who feels called – however quietly or strongly – to explore what this professional, dedicated, and beautiful community has to offer.
